Your shopping experience at 2 Cute is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within three (3) days from the date you receive the shipment and return the product within 7 days from the date you received the merchandise for a credit (less shipping and handling.) Please let us know at that time which item you would like to replace it with. Items that are to be returned, must be in its original shape and packaging, free of any defect, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts. If we do not receive a return (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot issue a credit without a proof that it was delivered to us. You will not be charged a second shipping fee on exchanged items.

* We generally ship packages if items are in stock, within 48 hours. If items are not in stock, we will email you to let you know estimated ship date. * Most items are sent via priority mail with delivery confirmation, which takes an average of 3-4 days delivery time. Some items will be sent with regular mail and delivery confirmation because of size.
Insurance is Optional for all purchases and is available at the Customer's Request.
